RUDE and unpleasant people. Bought Groupon coupon. Website would not accept (company had a problem so the days went on with no return call from them. Eventually reached someone and I wanted delivery within the time their shipping statement says (orders received on Friday will be processed for DELIVERY on Monday. They say that "means" shipping on Monday, not "delivery" as it states ) So no product available to take overseas as San Francisco gifts,

I understand a computer glitch and problems with a new promotion (Groupon) -- Rudeness is never a solution and definitely not a way to increase business. Most companies use Groupon to increase their visibility and business. These folks definitely need to get some customer service training.
