Had to go to the embassy because all the documents were stolen from me. Very nice receptionist, but the problem then started with the employee who served me. A certain Johanna Fritz ... unfriendly, not helpful and then cheeky. Imagine everything is stolen from you (passport, ID card, driver's license, etc.), you try to get the bureaucratic way done as quickly as possible before Christmas, and then nothing else than stress and a way that is easy at a message is not appropriate. That certain Mrs. Fritz would have to go through a few courses in customer relationships. It's a shame if a man lives as an Austrian abroad and is treated like this at a representative of his own mother country. Especially because the lady is so nice and polite and helpful at the reception, it is a shame if an intern makes the experience bad.

At the end of the day there is an embassy and representation of the Austrian Federal Republic, where many people with urgent problems come forward. This is not how man should be treated.
