Same issues with this place, different day. I came...

Same issues with this place, different day. I came up here for an oil change with an appointment and it took over 2 hours when I was originally told around 30-45 mins. And on top of that, every. single. time. I pull into the service dept, its like none of the service advisors want to help you. I pulled into service, one of the guys let me know a service advisor would be right with me, so as I was waiting they topped of my fluids and what not, 10 minutes has passed and I still have not had any service advisor come out to me, so I went up to a couple of them and they just basically blew me off since I interrupted their conversation about their weekend plans, then the same guy who told me that someone would be right with me when first pulled in, he asked me have you still not been helped yet?? he went to get their attention again. So its a little over 10 minutes of me still waiting and a guy pulled in to service right behind me, literally within 2-3 minutes of that guy being there, sheldon the service advisor goes out, takes a glance over and sees me standing, still waiting, as he walks over to the guy that just pulled in, he then greets the guy behind me and asked him what s bringing him in. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional that was, me being clearly infront waiting outside my car for nearly 15 minutes at the time and sheldon goes and helps the guy that just came in. And its not over yet.. I ended up waiting 20 MINUTES.. and i really mean 20 minutes before a service advisor finally came out and got me checked in, then waited 2 hours instead of my promised 45 minutes. And the issue here is that every time I come in for service its like the advisors dont want to help you. They wont come out of their offices in conversation with their buddy next to them to come out and help their customers. If you can sit there and have a non work related conversation, you can help your customers..
