Same story here - they are chasing a bill payment that I made 6 months ago and requesting me to either pay it (again) or contact the 'new' company to refund me so I can pay them. Good luck getting me to waste my time on the phone to get that sorted for you. Writing that review exhausted the time limit I had dedicated to this matter.
Oh and say thanks to Spark from me for notifying their customers of any change.
