I had them do both interior and exterior work. The exterior work included reglazing and painting old windows. The glazing was mediocre, the painting was okay. They didn't spend much time washing the windows prior to the work. They were supposed to paint an exterior storm door the color of the windows. Instead they painted it the same color as the stoop which they also painted. When I brought it to their attention they gave me $75 off instead of painting it properly. Inside, same thing, little wall prep before painting then just one coat. I pointed out problems with the paint not covering the underlying color. They addressed it by spot painting where there were issues. They did do a nice job hanging a new front door storm door. Overall my wife and I felt we painted as well, or better, than they did. Certainly not as sloppy, but they were fast.
