Great dress selection and my consultant was funny and sweet. I wish I remembered her name because I loved her. She made the shopping experience great. But the actual purchasing experience is where things went downhill quickly. The owner is awful. She refuses to move with the times. We needed to pay with american express and she gave us some speech about having not ever needed it. It's 2020. You should accept all forms of payment. We made it work paying a deposit with our Visa because I loved my dress that much. Tried making a payment on my dress over the phone as I am not local. She took down my info and never charged it. So irresponsible. I emailed and asked if she accepted paypal. Paypal is extremely easy to use. She won't do it. I would not recommend shopping here purely because of the owner.
