I would say the people that I deal with I say deal bc I m still trying to get to closing sense the beginning of August. But the people I ve dealt with over the whole thing have be pretty good and respond pretty quickly. I do have a problem with this process though I have given them all the info they asked for but apparently that wasn t good enough so they went to my employer to verify my income oh wait that wasn t good enough either we have to go back to your employer and verify more about your income. I gave you my paystubs and my w2s my boss conformed You i work there then you verify from my corporate office about my pay. What else could you need seems like the underwrites are idiots. It s been in underwriting sense September 4th and it s October 24 now. I got my first mortgage through meridian not online and it took 2 months and I had know problems with my income or anything and I m in the same job make more money I don t get it but I ll never us meridian online again plus its a high interest rate then I have now and if I wasn t as far as I am now I would cancel the whole thing. If you have other options don t use this company if your stuck then give it a try and leave a bad review when they screw with you
