Horrible experience. We bought a car from this dealership, it did not come with a jack, they told us they ordered a jack a few weeks ago & still haven t heard back. We have tried to contact the financial department MULTIPLE times and they NEVER return our calls. We call and get sent to voicemail, we leave a voicemail and don t ever hear back. We signed a new warranty with our car and yet we are receiving mail stating our warranty is not effective and we need to contact them immediately BUT every time we call, we are sent to voicemail and we leave call back numbers and they have not return a single phone call to us. I have never ever been to a Toyota run so poorly, it s pathetic. AVIOD THIS HEADACHE OF A DEALERSHIP AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!
