My goodness! My parents and I went to Vera's just to casually look while we were in town and I am so glad that we did. Thanks to Nicole, I finally found my perfect dress! I had been shopping at probably 7 different stores in 4 different cities prior and Vera's was the first and only place to really nail my style right on the head. The customer service was wonderful, multiple places rushed me or got irritated when I wasn't finding anything, but Nicole just took it as a challenge to find a closer match to what I wanted. I told her my style preference and what I liked/ didn't like about each dress she brought in and with that and a little professional experience and insight, she found my perfect dress. Not one other store understood my body type and what type of shape would flatter me, but every dress she brought in looked phenomenal on me.
I am so incredibly grateful that I finally found a dress thanks to the ladies at Vera's. This is how bridal stores should be, but unfortunately aren't always. You can tell they really care and will do their absolute best regardless of time or commissions.
