The staff always seems entitled. They treat veterans poorly, and NEVER return calls. I had to visit the ER, and the ER doctor wasn't available because she was asked to leave and do a physical. I was in excruciating pain for over a half hour while I waited for the doctor. The nurse responded to my criticism by saying, 'we gave you an IV'.
