What a spectacular find: Exceptionally well crafted Chinese food meets modernist cuisine! Start with an imaginative and perfectly mixed cocktail (our favorite was Szechuan Margarita). The menu is full of excellent dishes that seem to have been deconstructed and reassembled with an eye toward enhansing the uniquely Chinese blend of textures and flavours.
