My order didn't arrive and I was so disappointed. I emailed Prestige and their response was immediate. My order was sent a second time, signed for delivery at no expense to me, and received the next day. This is stunning service by anyone's standards and I won't shop anywhere else. Well done Prestige and huge thanks to all at your support centre.
