We were looking for a house in Fallbrook and stopped by an open house. We meet the son who had just became a real estate agent. Very nice and helpful. The nightmare begin when we made an offer on another house. The dad(Chris) decided to step in and take over. It was the worst experience in purchase a home. It didn't stop when we closed escrow, they went over to the house and took the keys from the lockbox(the listing agents lockbox). Chris refused to give us the keys to our house we just purchased. We finally had to threaten them with legal reprecussions to get our keys to our own home.
They put them under a rock by the front door. Needless to say we would never ever recommend this company.
