Earlier in the year, I was involved in a multiple car accident while out of town. One phone call to BP&H and everything was taken care of on my behalf. They located a body shop in the city where the accident occurred, arranged a rental car for me to get home... it was the calm amidst the chaos. I was so grateful that we had moved our auto policy to a local family owned business that treats you like a person as opposed to a policy number. Highly recommended.
