The local branch is wonderful! We have several accounts.
Their fraud dept. is on top of things. They have caught several problems.
They're TOPS! Kudos.
But when the card is locked down--there is no sense (with as small a geographical area that Truliant serves) to be going on 3 weeks without a replacement card. Think of it: you can't get gas, you can't access cash, any auto payment bills are getting behind--oh they will give you an alternate payment---but it is usually ONLINE---No card, No online.
To stamp out a card and get it sent---from ANY STATE Truliant is in should be no more than 3 days tops. I get stuff from California in 3 days!
