Their technician, Joseph is very professional and knowledgeable. He's been with SSI for 10yrs and knows his stuff. I was provided several options to get my 11yr old A/C unit in good working order. I decided not to go with any bandaid repairs and replace the unit. I had a prior opinion but feel this Company is more reputable and truthful. The new install is scheduled in 1 week.
