I want to thank the Group for the highly professional approach that we receive on our apartment rental.
E.g. Refitting our apartment -painting and carpet within a very small turn around so as to be tenanted within one month.
An issue within the Our Body Corporate was flagged by Hopkins before it even was listed. The advice we received supported us in making the right decisions for our apartment.
This has been the most effective management we have had on our property in the 10 years of ownership.
