It does not deserve 5 stars, the service is terrib...

It does not deserve 5 stars, the service is terrible. Long queues at reception, the keys are spoiled, parking expensive and nothing comfortable to get out and enter. And services like cafeteria, breakfast, laundry, etc. They have exorbitant prices. I do not eat at all.
