I received excellent customer service from this agency. I called initially to set up payment arrangements and they were very flexible and easy to work with. I called one other time to ask if I could get an extension on my monthly payment and they allowed me to do that with no issues. The only issue I ran into was asking for a final statement from them showing a zero balance once I was paid in full and I was told they do not send statements showing a zero balance. I thought that was kind of strange considering I received a statement from them in the mail each month with my remaining balance and the date they would withdrawal funds from my bank account.
