I have to agree with the other positive reviews-- Deanine and Jesse at the front desk are always very helpful and relay messages promptly. The nurses have all been very courteous, helpful and I never feel rushed. The NW Hospital residents I have seen always take ample time to address my concerns and Dr. Urdaneta and his nurses are always helpful and considerate. Very good job!
