All I can share about is my experience. My wife and I bought two waters... $6.00 each... and they took the bottle caps leaving the bottles vulnerable to spill. I attend a lot of concerts and the typical price for water is anywhere from $3.00 - $4.50. $6.00 was highway robbery. We did complain to someone in a suit with an earpiece and he said that the seats had cupholders and that he would comp us another water if ours spilled, which was nice, so points for that. But, then we got to our seats... First, they were folding metal chairs with cushions, not typical venue/stadium seats. So, while the cushions were nice, these seats are not made for adults. They're made for humans that are either prepubescent or anorexic/bulimic. In other words, there's not enough room, side-to-side, for normal people. I am a larger person, but my wife is not (she's normal size), but throw 3 or 4 other men (6', 225 lb.) next to us/her and we're just squeezed in. And combine that with the folding chairs, so there's no arm rests separating the seats, and it was a very uncomfortable night. I also thought the viewing screens were too small for those of us in the back half of the venue. This place was obviously not built for concerts.
Other than that... the bathrooms were clean (at least before the show) and everything is pretty new since the venue is new so that's a plus. Overall, I would think twice before attending another concert here.
