I am experiencing a very bad result from Audi Q5. Today is the 4th time EPC light warning and car stuck on the road 4th time just in between nearly 1 and half month time (11 days car in service center during this time).

Car is not at all reliable. Also the time taking to find the mistake and returning the car is too long. For these 3 times total I paid 9,500 AED and now 4th time my car stuck on the road, 2 weeks ago only the same mistake you fixed and I took the car.

1st time it took 8 days for Audi Sharjah service center to rerun the car, 2nd time it took 3 days to return including carry out kms service (This 2nd time also I complaint the same mistake and they told they fixed and charged extra high amount), 3rd time 2nd day return the car. Which means in between this 1 and half month 11 days car is not with me.

Overall I am not at all happy with it, please help me to solve this problem. As the same mistake happening again and again then you must consider providing an experienced staffs to work in your service centers. Please help me with your support, from your head office talk to Sharjah service center and give them some instruction.
