Poor customer service/experience.

Poor customer service/experience.
No willingness by service rep to offer a loaner despite my multiple requests and difficulty to arrive during business hours. Worse yet, it was regarding an issue that was supposedly addressed during a service visit in the last year.

No quote was discussed for the annual service (it was performed without my explicit authorization). Car was not washed and no paper floor mats used. To top it all off: the dash still alarms that service needs to be performed (requiring the evening staff to run out to my car in the rain and furiously push buttons on the dash to reset a service I PAID for, but am now very dubious even occurred - and as a parting gift, leave a set of wet/muddy footprints on the front floor mats....

Impersonal, inattentive and in general, a less than stellar effort by Sonic automotive/BMW armory drive.
