I am sharing my experience regarding today's complete faucets and replacement in our bathroom:
Certified plumber (Victor), very cooperative and professional.
Perfectly fixed the problem, which took him around 3.5 hours.
I would definitely call him, if I need similar job in the future.
In general I am satisfied with the Gold Medal services, although not all technicians have the same level of experience, and not all of them are cooperative. Gold Medal prices are pretty high, but you can be sure that if you have an emergency case, somebody will come very soon to fix the problem, and you will not need to wait couple weeks in order to get it done.
