The gold medal service center installed air conditioners. That's less than a month ago. It's June 11th. At first, they kindly explained the product description and installment process, and the installation team did well the next day because the installation came. So I wrote a good review.
But the problem is just next.
The newly installed air conditioner doesn't work due to faulty parts in less than a month.
This doesn't make sense. The new machine is defective in less than a month. It is questionable whether this can happen. Also, they have to put the parts in order and wait for 2 weeks.
An engineer fixed the air conditioner for temporary use, but the power went out in less than three hours. So I call again. But they said the same problem would happen again if an engineer came.
I don't understand this situation at all.
Shouldn't we come back and fix it temporarily? And the engineer said he would be here in an hour, but he hasn't contacted me for almost 3 hours. I am very angry about this situation.
I'm so upset that I couldn't sleep well at temperatures over 90 degrees and waited for the next two weeks. The installation fee is over $10,000, but it is still waiting in the heat.
