My room location was horrible.. there is a side of the hotel that has industrial fans next to it ... i arrived midnight exhausted and crashed for 2 hours, after i woke up i couldn't find anyone to complain and change my room, so ended up sleeping 2 hours after a day with 2 long flights.. so you can imagine how unpleasant was my experience at the hotel. When complaining to reception at checkout, reaction was oh yeah your room was at the side of the fans !!! Excuse me ?!?! I know.. i haven't slept all night.. my question to the intwrcon why don't you shut down or soundproof those rooms ?!?! Both ways, never staying at this place again. Yet.. to be fair, gym was very much equipped and i enjoyed the all of it for 2 hours at 3 am lol
