Beautiful place but totally over rated!! Over 600....

Beautiful place but totally over rated!! Over 600.00 a night on the off season.. For what??? I was told they overcharge because so many people complain and they give partial refunds and comps. It's total price gouging. This place isn't the same as it was many years ago. Sad.
