My Husband and I came to stay to celebrate his birthday. I was in contact with the concierge team to have some arrangements. The guest experience team has done a fantastic Job. They replied to my email promptly, and all I asked was set up in the room to surprise him. When we arrived at the hotel, no one help us to take our luggage from the taxi to Xray (there is a staff asked my driver where my booking was, when he said from Traveloka, he just not to care and let my driver help us. I think that was not my driver job to take care of my luggage). After the x-ray we Welcomed by the girl who is wearing traditional Balinese dress who gave us flowers, that is a lovely gesture, and yes there was a porter help us with the luggage after the x-ray. Check in process was smooth. We escorted by one of the porter, and he explained hotel facilities on the way to our room. We had lunch at Prego restaurant which has Delicious food, beyond our expectation. The service is also excellent. For dinner, we ate at Ikan Restaurant, where the food is also tasty and excellent service from the staff. The room is lovely, the bed is, and the cleanliness is number one. Unfortunately, we only have time to stay for one night, and the next day we checked out with a lovely lady (missed her name, but she is just very hospitality person) at the end. We had a fantastic stay with you guys, and my husband is thrilled with the surprised.
