I have been with this pet clinic for years and I hate it. My cat and dog both have allergies and needed to see a specific doctor. Before we found out that they had allergies they had a vet that just kept giving my animals shots to control their breakout instead of actually seeing what was wrong. When they finally got a different doctor we found out maybe a year later. Their doctor quit and I was not notified. They have never seen me at my appointment time no matter how early I've been. They gave my animals shots before telling me what they were doing and letting me decide if that shot could wait or not. They don't call you back with follow up. They never answer the phone. I've always had a wait time of at least 30 minutes or longer. I think once or twice did I wait only 5 minutes. They don't even apologize for the extremely long waits. The only reason they are getting 2 stars from me is because they are one of the cheapest animal clinics and have someone who can help my animals. AS SOON AS I FIND A VET THAT HAS WHAT I NEED I WOULD PAY MORE JUST SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO CONTINUE TO GO TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY.
