Epic has a great location in Miami and has a very cool vibe. I had a room over looking the Port of Miami as well as Biscayne Blvd. The lobby is very cool and the wine tasting at night is a nice touch. The room was a good size although be careful as the noise from the bar on a Friday drifts up and can be noisy even 10 floors above. The 16th floor bar had a bit of a cheap feel to it and I wouldn't consider it a scene place but there were quite a few people when I was there. One a Friday morning at 7:00 trying to have a cab hailed was impossible as there was no doorman valet front desk person to be found.
