Check your card statements after leaving this place. Was charged an additional nights stay for a larger room after leaving when booking via credit card over the phone. After being told to ring back the following day if it hadn't yet been refunded, my partner called them back 48hrs later and was then told she was harassing them: for calling them back...as they asked. My partner is an extremely patient woman who was nothing but calm and polite. When my partner told the woman from the hotel she was being rude, she was hung up on.
Apparently returning money was a huge inconvenience. She was saying it would be an hour of paperwork to refund the incorrect charge. We did eventually get the money back after another day.
Our visit was inconvenient, even before this happened, as we were told in detail how much paper work she would have to do for us to stay there in the first place when booking over the phone.
Don't stay here, it appears your business would be a huge inconvenience to them as is charging you the correct amount.
