This has been my first experience working through an agency. They have ur back if u arrive at facility and not on schedule. However, other agencies pay higher rates for same positions. When mentioning this to them, they claimed to get a higher rate offer at facility I was currently picking up shifts at, but never followed through. I had to contact them to ask about it but nothing happened. I haven t picked up more shifts since.
