Recently purchased a new construction condo in FiDi which used COOKFOX as architects of the project. All of the terraces drain via a hole in the ceiling of the terrace so that all of the dirt and pet excrements from the terraces above splash onto your terrace. They claim to be guided by a passion for design excellence but this is definitely a fail.
