This company does not care about their clients or their reputation! My website designer had to spend many hours educating the A2 technical people how to do their job. I also had to spend many hours dealing with their people. I spoke to a manager about "making all this right for their client" (which would have been very easy as I am a very reasonable person) and they simply refused and said something like "sorry you and your web designer had to spend so much of your time dealing with issues that our company should have handled on our own". They could have easily said something like "what can we do to make you happy?" Rule number 1 in customer service is: Do what you can to make each client happy. Instead they did nothing and therefore I am writing this negative review because they chose not to make their client happy. PS: Someone from this company called me after this review asking me to spend more of my valuable time to help them make their service better BUT still never offering to make things better for me! Amazing!
