Michael Brown responded to my online query about a 5 series, after which we began a courteous and professional negotiation on price. upon agreeing terms, I went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to complete the process.

I'm a car geek and also a sales manager (in a completely different industry), and it was a pleasure to work with someone who was both very knowledgeable of the product and the industry in general.

The entire process was pleasant, no pressure, everyone was nice to deal with and treated me with respect (and I'm sure a fair amount of patience!) Andy in Finance and the Used car sales manager who handled my lease return were also extremely friendly and professional.

The facilities at the dealership are beautiful, and combined with a great team are a credit to the BMW brand.
