As this is the corporate building, I will keep the review to corporate. I m on BMW number 6, and have been through ups and downs with quality, but that s not for here. BMW as a company has been pretty decent. Their customer service has greatly improved over the years. Financial services often has great lease rates. However, they re also the reason I cannot give 5 stars. The suspension of the MSD program hurt. It jacked up my payments, which doesn t make me happy. It needs to come back.
I m also not a fan of the direction BMW is going with their massive grilles and electric power trains, but again, not for discussing here.

Update: MSDs are back. The discounts aren t as big, and the deposits are higher, but it s better than nothing.
