This complaint is not about a stay. My husband had filled out a form to order Disney Parks and upon doing so they were to call us back within a day or two. We waited for the call which never came so we went ahead and called them back, keep in mind we had confirmation that they had received our form. After the call and waiting an hour for someone to answer, I took my husband phone and called them while I was on hold on my phone. Finally someone did answer. The lady who we were talking to could not find our information, after telling her our situation, she got right to it and said we should have the tickets in two days. The very next day we had gotten a call from Shades Of Green from a gentleman asking us if we were ready to set up our account and pay for the tickets again. Through all this which was a dropping the ball effect in someone s part there who didn t follow through when they had the paperwork to begin with. I wouldn t be complaining, but due to Covid and the rules and regulations for Disney now you have to get your tickets registered so that you are guaranteed a position to the parks of your choice. This put a big delay in our plans for our vacation. I will say the lady who helped us out was very responsive in taking care of us and got the tickets sent out by FedX. I need to mention the correction was done on a Wednesday and guaranteed us tickets by Friday with a tracking number. No tickets arrived on Friday and when we checked the tickets, they were still in Orlando. We cannot make a formal complaint until 48 hours have passed with FedX, so after the long delays and still waiting and have already paid for the tickets, we still don t have any tickets and not sure where and when we will get them. My thanks goes out to Shades of Green for not following through with the proper procedure on our paperwork and special thanks to FedX for not delivering when we re told two day max from Shades Of Green.
