The service was good and I would give 5 stars but on the way home when I turned on the wipers, the passenger wiper fell off. Now, I did ask not to change the wipers because they should be OK. I can't fault anyone but it was a surprise while driving when I started the wipers. I was luckily near an auto parts store and quickly pulled over to buy a set of ONYX TRONX. Wipers are easy to install and that is why I normally don't want to have the wipers replaced when I go for service. I would like to change the blades when they are not performing. It could be a fluke that a plastic piece that holds the blade happen to break right after leaving but its still a shock when you leave and something simple goes wrong.
