Could please PLEASE ensure that ALL customers use ...

Could please PLEASE ensure that ALL customers use the tongs provided in order to help themselves at the bakery. I have noticed several customers using their hands and when i asked one person why I was told the goods broke when using the tongs! This is not hygienic and until something is done about it I will purchase my bakery items in a more hygienic place.
