Beautiful place but wait... noise everywhere! Loud...

Beautiful place but wait... noise everywhere! Loud music, too much activities, cleaning the rooms at 8am etc. Room doors are not even designed to be closed silently. The staff is nice even though I will feel much more comfortable if I am not pushed all the time for one more something.
The biggest problem might be the management since they need to decide what kind of resort they want to be: adults only for people who want to relax or adults only for party people. It must be communicated in advance very well! They also must do something with the people on the beach who actively sale excursions, cigars and clothes. Very annoying I would say!
