I called in Pola for boiler maintenance.

I called in Pola for boiler maintenance.
Mechanic was soon ready said boiler had a leak and that repair would be pricey. Given the age of the boiler asked for a quote.
This was also done later by email. Unfortunately, you will not receive a response to e-mail and no quotation.
Have had quotations done elsewhere and finally and now have a new boiler installed. When replacing the boiler, were questions raised about the leak found? There were indeed leakage traces but older and probably of something that had happened earlier.
Now more than 3 months later, the maintenance quotation is included. Firm for the number of minutes the mechanic has been in and done. (Removed the hood from the boiler and then soon had a conclusion.)

+ Had heard good stories about pola (there will be)

- Do not respond to mail
- I did not receive a quotation despite the fact that I had asked for a technician and asked for this in email.
- Only send the invoice months later and write that the payment term has already been exceeded.
- Mechanic friendly but didn't smell fresh. (not really a business card for your company.)
