If you are a board member tasked with selecting a management company, steer clear of this company. I would give zero stars if it were an option. They are incapable of managing associations and will neglect your building. They tout themselves as being veteran owned and operated, however, don't be fooled. They overcharged our association for every project they attempted to complete, hiding "project management fees". Our property manager was never on-site, was completely unresponsive to all maintenance and move-in requests (because who would want to move in to their new condo in timely fashion), and when you leave they try to steal money from the association. Do yourself a favor and interview other companies, as there are some pretty good other options. Our building and budget hasn't looked better since we left Phoenix and found a new management company.
