Terrible customer service, no replies to emails or...

Terrible customer service, no replies to emails or Facebook messages. "kontakt" button on their website redirects you to FAQ section? I was still charged for a second box, even though I cancelled right after the first one. Sending an email to "kundenservice@hellofresh.de" I got a reply that emails sent to this address are not read?! My delivery was rescheduled to another day automatically without telling me, I only got an email 2h before that my box is coming. It's a joke from start to finish.
