If you tell them to stop calling you...it's the law, they have to stop calling you. They can still mail you...but the calls MUST stop. If they don't stop calling you after you ask....do what I did. Call Lemberg Law. They wouldn't stop calling me back in 2015 and I got a settlement worth thousands. This was over a $40.00 comcast bill. I had proof the bill was paid, that I cancelled comcast and switched to verizon...but they wouldn't accept it. Their loss. Sounds like they still are up to their old tricks but maybe most people don't know that what they are doing is against the law. Educate yourself!
