The customer service when dealing with local clients is extremely poor.. Their front desk clerks are not helpful and very rude. The Nassau managers need to seriously consider providing training courses for their front line staff..they are the first faces of the British colonial that guest and potential guest have to deal with and at this point they are not living up to such a progestious name.
