Easter brunch 2018..Very disappointing, would not recommend.

Quoted one price when making reservations, billed $5.00 more per person. (Party of 11)

Waiter non existent.

Egg & bacon trays empty, had to ask and wait for them to be refilled. No fish. Potatoes cold, sausage over cooked. No one at the carving station. Omelette guy awesome.

Spoke with female who was stationed at kitchen doors while trying to locate our waiter regarding our bill. Female claimed to be the manager. Very unsympathetic. She told me I was misinformed on brunch cost.
I told her when compared to 2017 Easter brunch, very disappointing in both service and selection. Based on our experience in 2017 we returned.

Female manager told me they did not have an Easter bunch in 2017. She was working at the restaurant at that time, I was mistaken. She went on to say they change their bunch every week. ???

Didn t know there would be an Easter brunch every week. Maybe I should bring in my receipt for full refund concerning our non existent 2017 Easter brunch.

Poor management, unorganized, would not recommend.
