Poor customer service, breakfast buffet was cold and no real variety. Overpriced for what is offered. Bell service watched and never offered to help, and valet employees ignore you until you get out of your car and approach them. They are more concerned with other employees than the guests. Room wasn't cleaned and completed.before check in, in room phone didnt work, even after they "fixed" it. Ordered room service coffee only to be told the hotel was out of creamer. Sirens blare all night which explains the ear plugs we found. I spoke with the GM today 3 days after leavinf and he was indifferent and said he didn't know what he could do for us. I explained we never asked for anything, however considering the problems we dealt with, they should have made this right, and didn't.
