We have had 2 visits. One for plumbing and one for AC. Concerning the plumbing we weee visited by Billy and Nathan. We had puddles of water in our basement and we needed to figure out what was causing it. Billy helped us determine that it was not plumbing related but water seeping up from the ground. He was patient and answered all of my questions and helped me understand my next steps to handle the water in our basement. So although we ended up not having a plumbing job, Billy and Nathan helped us by sharing their plumbing expertise and experience.

Concerning the AC, Shane visited us. He came in and explained the process then examined the situation. He was very informative and went above and beyond. He made sure we understood and we chose to have all of the items he suggested done to upkeep our AC unit. He did the job efficiently and quickly. The AC is working wonderful and Shane was very professional and helpful.
