why is it that you can never talk to anyone when you call there, you only get transferred to voicemail, and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Awesome clearly you are understaffed since i cant get a callback within 24hours. All because they havent filed any of my medical records in the last 8 months so i cant even request my new medical records..
