Company is very disorganized, we sold our townhouse and called AQUA to turned off our water on Dec 7th. But customer service Goofed and inputted the wrong shut off date, then filled us into collections agency! When my wife called they hassled her and said well you have to pay $37.33 or else we will be forced to turn you into collections. She spent over an hour on the phone with customer service during her lunch hour, sounds like their employees digital recorded keeping is a messing were not able to retrieve the recorded conversation. What's the point of even doing this, you have no liability if you can use this required mandated function for your business. Going to report them into the BBB for dishonest business practices, I'm tired of corporate business taking advantage of the consumer. The interesting thing is the new owners turned on there water, the next day so, I think AQUA is double dipping getting paid twice for the water during that time period, What a SCAM! This needs to be uncovered!
